Mar de Frades’ Orujo Blanco bears the seal of the Specific Denomination of Orujo de Galicia. Made from the hearts from the steam distillation of the fermented Albariño bagasse.

Bright white in colour, with refreshing hints of ripe fruit skins and explosive aromas. Forming delicate bubbles in the glass, it is full on the palate and unctuous, with marked warmth that gives it spaciousness and personality.

Mar de Frades’ Licor de Hierbas is macerated with herbs from the distilled bagasse of Albariño grapes, to which aromatic herbs are added in the still boilers. The distillate obtained is macerated with another batch of herbs to add flavour and colour.

An attractive, intense, greenish yellow colour that is bright to the eye, this liqueur is clean and thoroughly herbaceous on the nose, where it displays aniseed notes with hints of thyme, tea and camomile that give it complexity and great aromatic breadth. In mouth, it shows moderate sweetness that is balanced by its fresh acidity, with hints of herbs and fine balsamic notes.

Our Original liqueur is a brandy made from bagasse that has been macerated with herbs and fruits, including Mirabelle plum, a variety native to Galicia, which gives it its unique aroma and flavour, unlike anything else on the market, thanks to an old artisan formula.

Coppery amber in colour with orange highlights on the rim, in nose it displays aromas of ripe fruit and syrup, balsamic herbs, and cinnamon leaves. Unctuous and sweet on the palate, the alcohol is well integrated with the fruit, leaving a spicy finish.
